DW090-01 Eight-step Hook Paired Practice
Eight-step Hook Paired Practice is one of the paired practices in the Liuhe school (Six Conformities). Its most notable feature is that
the body movement and the footwork are very agile and quick, it can advance and retreat freely, each form of the fists moving upward
and beating downward, the movements are quite forceful and vigorous. Practicing this kung fu, you can win the opponent stronger than
you by circumvent, and subdue the weaker easily. Your kung fu will be improved a lot if you have such a good chance to learn this set.

DW090-02 Chibi Paired Practice ( Chibi: a famous military fighting place in China)
It is impossible to trace who edited and popularized this set of boxing. But the Liuhe (Six Conformities) School keeps this paired
practice method in which one-person attacks while another defends, one person advances while another backing. Master Wan Laisheng
often practiced this boxing with his disciples. He required it to be exact, steady and firm; the body movements should be practiced
well; take the feint movements as the real movements. You can perform the movements well by frequent practice.

DW090-05 Free Sparring in Nature School
Free Sparring in Nature School has the same feature of the sets of boxing in it. The movements change without any hints; the stillness
and motion turn into each other without beginning and ending; the movements are performed between firmness and emptiness; all the
movements are performed naturally. Its rule of practice in a circle is that: the body moves like a bending bow and hand like and arrow;
the eyes are like the falling stars and the leg like the drill. Its requirements for the hands are: moving inside is as strong as the
steel hook and stabbing as sharp as the broadsword; be as strong as the hard stone when you meet the opponent and as gluey as the gluey
water; hide as quick as the wind and dodge as agile as the sword coming out of the scabbard; the opponent will has nowhere to escape but
hand up to surrender.

DW091-01 Combat Essence of the Nature School
What Wan Laisheng inherited most of the Kung fu in the Nature School is from Du Xinwu. The technique of attacking without any fixed rules
and the natural and changeable combat spirit of the Nature School meet with the international free sparring combat technique. They are
really the treasure of Chinese wushu. In this program, Lin Qingsong lists dozens of combat techniques in the Nature School, some of which
attacks initially, some can turn passivity into initiative, some subdue the opponent by one form or several forms. We believe in the
world of the prevailing free combat, these techniques will gain praise from the wushu lovers.

DW091-02 Protecting Crotch Kung fu in the Nature School and Chinese Calligraphy
In the wushu combat, the most cruel and venomous form is the ''attacking the crotch'' in which the attacking aim is the opponent crotch.
It would be very tragic if the crotch was hurt badly. Lin Qingsong, a disciple taught by Wan Laisheng directly, works out a wonderful
kind of kung fu ''Genitals-locked Skill'' by more than forty years of practice, which helps to relieve the most worry of the wushu
practitioners. Lin Qingsong is not only an excellent martial artist, but also a famous calligraphist. He is good at culture learning
and wushu and these two talents bring out the best to each other. This inspires the wushu practitioners that our Chinese traditional
wushu is really broad and profound.
