Taichi Rushing and Sudden Agile Energy Releasing Chuan (Tengnuo Huling Taiji Quan in Chinese) is an ancient shadowboxing popular in Wen county, Henan province. It features everywhere in circle, use of trangile and lever theory,
where acuponit is also being used for blocking oppenent's energy, and therefore the actual combat effect is unbelivabley high. People also call this taichi Quan as Taiji Shen (superpowerful) Quan.
